Howard Bode helps facilitate conversations that help governing boards, work teams, and individuals to be healthier, happier, and more effective. He uses facilitation tools that draw on the wisdom of groups and build consensus assist them with visioning, action planning, and strategic planning. With these tools it is amazing how much can be accomplished in one or two meetings that aren’t accomplished in many meetings without facilitation.
Howard believes that to be effective, leaders must have an extraordinary bias towards action, not status quo, and be looking towards the future. Effective leaders are “Get it done!” leaders. They get beyond visioning and inspire action. But they need to have the tools to become a “Get it done!” leader? Howard helps people to grow in their leadership skills so the members in their organization will willingly follow them rather than grudgingly acquiesce to their commands.
